The system consists of a wire rope lifeline installed along trusses or structural members above loading/unloading or work areas, covering the required span for worker safety. A fall arrest block mounted on a specially designed trolley travels smoothly along the wire rope and is connected to the worker’s safety harness, ensuring continuous protection during movement.
In the event of a fall, the fall arrest block instantly locks, preventing further descent. The unit contains a retractable wire rope with automatic winding/unwinding and a swivel hook for user connection.
A shock absorber installed at one end minimizes impact forces during a fall, reducing load transfer to both the user and the structure. The system is suitable for applications such as warehouses, tarpaulin handling, rooftops and industrial operations.
