This is a permanently installed rail type vertical lifeline system designed to provide safe ascent and descent for workers on ladders. It consists of a rigid rail mounted along the ladder and a guided fall arrester that travels smoothly with the user.

The fall arrester is connected to the worker’s harness via a carabiner, ensuring continuous protection during movement. In the event of a fall, the device locks instantly on the rail, while an integrated shock absorber reduces impact forces, minimizing load transfer to both the user and the structure.
